The issue is a fire hydrant on 4319 Cricket Knoll Dr. in Gentry Estates. While it doesn't really look like it sticks out that much from the sidewalk (you'll see by the attached photos) as there is a cutout. But if you're blind and your can sway your cane under it and you're moving over to avoid the tree branch, then you can actually not know it's there. The complainant has hit it with the side of his leg three times and has fallen to the sidewalk.

The lid to our water meter is not bolted down. while mowing last week, i stepped on the lid while turning the mower around and nearly fell in because it's not attached and was laying on top of the canister crooked.
it appears to be very rusty. Please have someone check into this. I don't want the lid just sitting there unbolted.
it's dangerous when someone steps on it the way it currently is.
