There is a small (6-8") utility access hole on Indiana Avenue that is missing a cover. The rim looks broken, and it is a trip hazard for pedestrians, bicycles, and scooters. It is located inline with the large baywindow on the west facade of Franklin Hall, and proximate to two other utility holes that have intact covers.

Three very large pipes have been lying in my yard for over one week now. I believe that this is for a contracted public works project. I do not want to approach the workers during this public health crisis as they are not wearing face masks. I would like to be able to mow my lawn this weekend, and I do not feel that the lawn of an occupied house is the appropriate place to store construction equipment. I would like to request that the workers are instructed to remove the pipes from my lawn either today (Thursday, April 09, 2020) or tomorrow. In the event that this is not a water-related project, I would assume the city has permits on file to communicate with the appropriate party.

Hi, I have noticed that the landscapers have been down on Shields Ridge to fix yards and put down grass seed. I need to have my yard fixed. I sent in a report a few months ago, and grass seed and straw was put down. But there are still areas of gravel and the yard is uneven from trucks being parked there. Thanks

Hole in utility lid with no meter. All other lids on this street have smart meters so I just want to make sure this one wasn’t vandalized

I would like to know when the barrier and repair of water turn off in from of my house will be repaired. It has been several years and thereis a big hole in the area with a barrier, however, I hope no one falls in it. I think it is time to repair or whatever you are going to do with the hold. it has been years now

Small (~7" diameter) metal access cover (valve down there?) labeled "Water" in the middle of 10th street on the east side of the intersection with Dunn is damaged, completely missing the central portion of the lid and creating a hazard if someone steps in it or a small animal falls in. There is also another one with nearly an identical problem (or completely missing) about 50 feet west at the intersection of 10th and a funny little road named "Prow".

As a home owner on old 37 N whose property’s easement is being used for the new line, I have some questions. The work has torn up an existing asphalt sidewalk that runs from marlin to the first house on Old 37 N along with a retaining wall in front of my house, my property sits down form the road. I've recently had a plumber repair a water leak for me and he referred me to contact you guys. He said that I need to ask you guys to come out and replace my very old concrete water main area with the newer pipe/fittings and the composite circular area around the main.
