Hello! I live just off of the intersection of 5th Street and Bryan Avenue, right next to the IU Raintree House. I've noticed that one of the stop signs at the four way stop is missing, the post and all. I've seen people driving right through without stopping, and then realized that the sign was completely gone. It is the stop sign on the north east side of the intersection. Just wanted to let somebody know. Thank you for your help!

Consider installing "Wrong Way" signs for cyclists on Third Street. As a bus operator, I can't tell you how many near-collisions I've had with cyclists popping out of nowhere going the wrong way on Third at night. The lane markings at the entrance to the Jordan Avenue Parking Garage are incomplete. There are white lane markings for the exiting traffic, but there is no line of any kind marking the separation between ingoing and outgoing traffic. Shouldn't there be a yellow line there? I have witnessed several close calls at this location, when a vehicle entering the garage crosses a couple of feet over where the yellow line SHOULD be, into the left-turn lane for the exiting traffic.

For over 17 years we have lived close to the corner of Dillman and S. Old 37. As I type yet another traffic accident is being cleaned up at this intersection. It is time to have a 4 way stop put in. No more rumble strips, or intersection signs or yellow blinking lights, or cutting back the tree/brush line. (well, that does need to happen:-) This has got to be one of the most dangerous intersections in town. People coming off of 37 drive down old 37 like they are still on the highway. With the amount of houses, buses and children that are living in the area I would have thought that something would have been done by now to fix this problem, which is a serious safety issue to anyone trying to cross the road. The solution of a four way makes since and would not hurt the pocket book of Bloomington. If it is an inconvenience for people to stop then so be it. This has gone on for far too long and all attempts to do something, in the form of rumble strips,intersection signs,yellow blinking lights etc., by the city/county have just been band aids not real solutions. Please take my request seriously. Many of us living on the south side have children who are reaching the age where they will be on the roads as young drivers. As an adult with over 20 years of driving experience, I dread approaching this intersection or even pulling out of my own driveway near this intersection. Its a death trap and a game of chance. Traffic jams on 2nd and 3rd streets. Synchronizing the lights would greatly reduce backed up traffic. A lot of times during rush hours traffic is halted because the lights all seemingly change at different times

The sign on College Mall Rd right before Hillside that says "Right lane must turn right" is totally obscured by foliage. Thanks for your attention to this.

Our children, with 2 adult supervisors have to take a chance by crossing the street to go from the east side of S Highland Avenue to the west side of S Highland to go and enjoy the Winslow Woods park. Please paint a crosswalk on S Highland Avenue leading from YMCA entrance to across the street to the Winslow Wood Park. Will need to erect signage for motorists to see there is a crosswalk. Children and adults could safely cross the street and not fear for their lives.

Near 1100 W Allen St there is a hill that cars come flying down, resulting in accidents with cars, and bicylists trying to exit a parking near the hill. It is a very dangerous situation, that could be made safe through the installation of a speed bump in the east bound lane of W Allen st, near the HIlltop Village Apartments.

Please consider putting a speed bump on the eastbound lane of W Allen near the Hilltop Village Apartments. That is a very dangerous area.
