The road is too narrow approaching the intersection at Kinser Pike and 45. Traffic gets very crowded and unnecessarily backed up. -Amanda Mentzel (I was unable to put my name in the fields above.)

You guys could start planning out where your guises work zones are going to be throughout the city so you guys don't just have one main street taking you for one side of the highway to the other , But that's just me a citizen and that would make too much sense

The white strips on Rogers Street and Dodds Street indicating where cars are supposed to stop are worn out. Drivers have a habit of driving through the intersection without stopping and drawing more attention to the stops would be beneficial. The stop signs could also have a reflective strip on them to draw more attention to them.
1st Street and Rogers could also benefit from the same improvements.

Starting off, this is just a friendly message for maybe a future traffic improvement. I assume that anyone that works with planning road features and improvements knows more than I do, but in the off chance, I'd like to share a video on the topic of diverging diamond interchanges that I think could do wonders to the nightmare of traffic that is the 3rd street overpass of 37/69.

can we please get speed bumps on west 7th street in front of the cemetery? Many elderly, children, and pets are within this area and i see people speeding up the hill regularly. Each month my neighbors and i have to clean up animals that have been hit and I have seen multiple times children and elderly nearly hit.
Along with your every day joe going through, it is also sheriff and city police speeding on the street without lights and sirens. This is a hazard I hope you will fix.
Sincerely,
Ryan Baker

west 3rd Ave.
I total understand that road construction needs to be completed and delays can be expected. However, the traffic pattern on west 3rd over 37 is unacceptable. I live of Johnson Drive (a few blocks east of the intersection) and I can't even get home without be blocked by traffic for 25 to 30 minutes. The construction company seems to have enough paved space now to keep 2 east/west bound lanes open and keep the traffic flow going. They need to re strip the lanes and/or have police direct traffic. There are only 2 fully operational overpasses on 37 which would be fullerton way south or 46 up north squeezing all the traffic on to 2nd/3rd which are both restricted in lanes. As I said, delays can be expected with construction but the times are unacceptable.

IUPD has contacted the Facility Operations Control Center for the Bloomington Campus about stopping several vehicles going the wrong way on a one way street. The intersection that is causing the problem is 8th & Indiana, IUPD would like the area better marked with a Do Not Enter sign or better placement of current signs.

For years I have seen many drivers on Rogers (both directions) blow through the stop sign at Dodds. I’ve had three near-misses that I can recall and have seen others have near misses. I saw 2 just today. I’ve come to the point where I think there is something wrong that so many run this stop sign. I don’t know if more prominent striping on the street or larger signs will help or not, but I feel it needs investigation.

The barricades set up on Rockport Road at the intersection of Roger's Street and Rockport Road are creating a dangerous situation. Specifically, the barricade in the lane for Rockport approaching Rogers requires traffic to drive in to oncoming traffic. This particular barricade doesn't seem to serve any purpose, as it is only visible to traffic traveling on Rockport towards Rogers street, the opposite direction of the Tapp/Rockport intersection.
