Really need double Yellow line down 10th St between Morton & Rogers. Drivers get confused at the parking lot entrances as to which way 10th St actually goes. With all the new students it is getting worse.

For over 17 years we have lived close to the corner of Dillman and S. Old 37. As I type yet another traffic accident is being cleaned up at this intersection. It is time to have a 4 way stop put in. No more rumble strips, or intersection signs or yellow blinking lights, or cutting back the tree/brush line. (well, that does need to happen:-) This has got to be one of the most dangerous intersections in town. People coming off of 37 drive down old 37 like they are still on the highway. With the amount of houses, buses and children that are living in the area I would have thought that something would have been done by now to fix this problem, which is a serious safety issue to anyone trying to cross the road. The solution of a four way makes since and would not hurt the pocket book of Bloomington. If it is an inconvenience for people to stop then so be it. This has gone on for far too long and all attempts to do something, in the form of rumble strips,intersection signs,yellow blinking lights etc., by the city/county have just been band aids not real solutions. Please take my request seriously. Many of us living on the south side have children who are reaching the age where they will be on the roads as young drivers. As an adult with over 20 years of driving experience, I dread approaching this intersection or even pulling out of my own driveway near this intersection. Its a death trap and a game of chance. Could the city look into removing the temporary sign at the corner of Pete Ellis Drive and Third Street that direct motorists to the various shops in the Barnes & Noble and Best Buy shopping centers? I believe this sign was placed during contruction on the 3rd Street and 46 Bypass construction to help motorists navigate into these shops. Now that construction is complete, can this unneeded sign please be removed?

do not enter sign needs to be larger ? drivers u turn to go westbound on 3rd st. I have had 2 close head on hits while entering the turn lane to cross 3rd to muller pkwy. i have had one instance where the car behind me (while I was at the stop sign on muller waiting to turn right on 3rd) where the car behind me went around me on the left and made the u turn to go west on 3rd. I have seen several drivers cut thru there to get into the Swifty.

No street sign or light on street corner of Cory Dr & Cory Ln. Hard to recognize intersection particularly at night.

A crosswalk with lights was put in on Henderson (near Brenda Lane & Templeton Elem School) some time ago, but the lights on the sign are too subtle for motorists to notice. At least once per week I have to put my arm out into the crosswalk to get a motorists attention to stop. The signs are around 10 feet off the ground--well above the eye level of motorists; and the lights on the vertices of the pentagonal sign are tiny and give off insufficient light. You need lights that are impossible to miss and at eye level. The city has lights just like this on Washington at E Smith Ave (beside the Allison-Jukebox Center). They are at eye level and you can see them from three blocks away.

We need "No U-Turn" signs on all left turn cut-outs on the Bypass. I have encountered people making a left where the isn't a street to turn into simply to make a U -turn. This holds up traffic in the left lane of the 2 lane Bypass and creates a dangerous driving condition. I think people are making a U-turn on 45-46 going NW to avoid traffic on East 3rd and then tasking a right onto East 3rd to go into campus. It might have to be something physical to prevent such anarchistic driving. thanks
