Owner is mixing tea at her residence in the basement of her home. This home and basement has sanitary issues (previously reported) such as ants, rodents, and squirrel infestation. There is not a licensed kitchen and I have ordered and afraid of what conditions my tea is packaged in. No response from business about my order and her tea shop is closed permanently since end of December. She has posted on social media she is working on the orders and other posts state she is working on them in her residence basement. This is a concern. Thank you for investigating. The business is Cup and Kettle Tea Shop. The website says it open, however no direct communication about online orders.

The business is closed and she is now fulfilling online orders and city orders in her private residence basement without a commercial kitchen and guidelines. The basement had a recent rodent infestation and poor sanitation. This is a concern for health and breaks the law. Please address this, I fear someone will get sick. The Golden shear barbershop has recently passed over new ownership. The establishment and owner have been unlawfully operating without any legal licenses. The owner and barbers have been giving services to the public without proper training and ever obtaining a license through the state barber board as required. This matter is very important and serious as without the proper training diseases such as hepatitis, HIV, or other infectious diseases can spread. The use of the razor blade and the lack of training in sanitation and chemical control can be a danger to the public. With many students entering the establishment there’s a risk with the spread of these diseases. The city of Bloomington should hold this business up to standards and make sure they get barbers license and state board approval to operate.

Running some sort of car business out of the home. At least 7 cars parked all along the road with random people working on cars day and night on the street. No place to park. Looks like trash. Car parts and debris everywhere all the time. Not appropriate for a neighborhood at all

I'm annoyed with Bryan Park Pool employees. Are they on a power trip saying that we can't have pool noodles when the website says we can have noodles? One day I brought a noodle and everything was fine. The next time I was told noodles aren't allowed. I told them the website said noodles were allowed and they said the website is wrong? So whos right? Are pool noodles allowed at bryan park pool?

With the construction going on in the Building Trades Park homeless people are starting to hang out in the church parking lot across the street. The security patrols for the park used to check out that parking lot but have stopped since the construction has started. It would be nice if they swung through occasionally while the construction is going on.

Rockets is terrible about upkeep of the pumps. Multiple times I have visited to find the same pumps never stop upon a car or can being full. I’ve brought this issue up to management multiple times, but they’ve never fixed it and consumers end up spending money on wasted gas - also a hazard. I specifically know pump 13 has this issue.
