This matter was previously escalated to our Assistant Director, and she has been in communications with complainants regarding this property. A recent report was also sent to Parking Services, it appears, so they can monitor the roadway as Planning has no jurisdiction over the right-of-way. Staff will continue to monitor the area, but as previously indicated Planning staff are not able to escalate enforcement actions unless there is evidence of a business ongoing. Individuals are allowed per code to have a vehicle be repaired lawfully at their property for up to 30 days. Previous inquiries with the property owner resulted in attesting that all vehicles were plated and owned by the property owner.
