Currently, the Engineering department can not enforce on this issue as they are not violating our Code by parking along the street that has on-street parking or parking in their driveway. The sidewalk has minor encroachment from the parked vehicle, but is not enough to enforce on. The department will monitor the situation and if a violation is observed, action will be taken.

Alex, I can let you know from looking into the reported address Planning does not have evidence to produce a NOV for any business allegedly being run out of this address at this time. This would be a blocked ROW/Street issue at the moment.
