1. one-way sign on SW corner is obstructed by pole-saw someone turn right off Atwater yesterday. 2. Can walk symbol flash across Atwater (south side) regardless of if someone hits the button? It's same pedestrians as Indiana/3rd intersection, and that one always shows "walk." Feels safer if they had the same behavior! Thanks :)

The corner of Moores Pike and Claris currently has flashing Yellow lights to help pedestrians cross Moores Pike.
Drivers view yellow lights as a call to speed up not Stop. I walk there frequently but cars seldom slow or stop
Sometimes the cars speed up, either to beat the light or to run over me.
Perhaps it would help to change the lights to red which means Stop. Or install a regular stop light.
Also, at the Southeast corner of Hillside Dr and College Mall Rd. The crossing light turns on when the vehicles turn right from Sare Rd onto Hillside Dr. This is very dangerous for the pedestrian since the corner is not visible to the cars turning right.
Thank you

I was struck that there are pedestrian ramps on the south side of W. 3rd St. This indicates to me, as a pedestrian, that there is an intention for me to be able to cross Patterson Blvd. Having done this on multiple occasions, I take my life in my hands: there is a right-hand turning lane on Patterson at 3rd. Many vehicles turn right onto Patterson while traveling east on 3rd, and don't anticipate a pedestrian.
There is no crosswalk at this location, which will be imperative with the new retail development just west of this intersection. While I doubt that there are many pedestrians crossing here, you may as well anticipate a crossing signal, which would be a kindness.

The new construction has contributed significant debris to the east-bound bike lane.
This occurs with many of our development projects: when the apartments on N. College just north of the railway overpass were being constructed, the muddy (erosive) runoff and rocks were obliterating the bike lane. And during the recent downtown construction of ONB, the bike lane was full of rocks and crud. The debris remains on the north side of 4th, between Lincoln and Grant, at the alleyway cut.

There is a problem when driving in a car going south on Palmer and approaching Allen St. Cars park too close to the corner to be able to see bicycles coming from the west. Please mark the corner for no parking.

Sidewalk/path ends. I have to cross the street twice to avoid it. Please develop the path more soon...
