The sidewalk along the west side of Walnut street between the train tracks and the CVS is in bad shape. There are some large pieces of concrete that have come loose and have created several large tripping hazards.
Sidewalk on west side of Lincoln, just north of 11th is below street grade and floods every time it rains.

Please add a flashing light and signage at the crosswalk where the B-Line crosses Rogers to alert drivers to be prepared to stop for pedestrians. It's especially important because the sidewalk on the east side of Rogers is closed, so people entering or exiting the B-Line there need to cross from or to the west side of Rogers. (I.e., we can't walk on the east side and cross Rogers at the stop sign at 11th St.)
My son is a bicycle commuter to North HS. We were thrilled last week that the bypass bike lanes were cleared. However, this morning the path was completely covered. He was disappointed and late for school, of course. We'll use an alternate route tomorrow, but wanted to alert the city to the fact that it appears INDOT tossed the snow onto the path.
West side of north grant st sidewalk between 8th and 9th st is covered in layer of mud after every rain. Looks like curbing is needed slong sidewalk edge.
Could the sidewalk here be improved to be ADA compliant? Thanks!
The intersection of Pete Ellis Dr./Discovery Parkway and 10th Street is used by residents of numerous apartment complexes, bus riders, and community members accessing the post office and the greenway that goes along 10th St. The intersection is necessary for access to Indiana University from Woodbridge and Fountain Park Apartments, which hosts many graduate students. However, there is no crosswalk, pedestrian lights, or sidewalk platforms to allow for safe crossing along this very busy intersection. Additionally, the traffic lights are not able to be seen from the four corners of the intersection, forcing pedestrians to make an educated guess on when to cross. In short, the intersection is dangerous and near impossible to cross. Would it be at all possible in the future to include a) a crosswalk b) a pedestrian crosswalk light c) sidewalk cutout/curb ramps on the two corners in which there is not one currently? There are several sidewalk cuts along Washington Street in front of the AT&T building that are covered with smooth metal pieces. These metal covers provide absolutely no traction when wet and are very dangerous for pedestrians. Can these please be replaced with the more common covers that have raised ridges to provide some traction?
A couple weeks ago cbu dug a hole at 11th&college and abandoned a sign in the bike lane on the south side of 11th just west of college. It moved to the sidewalk, and i reported it as blocking the sidewalk on april 5. Now it has disintegrated and moved back to the bike lane. Its black base is almost invisible at night and poses a mortal danger to cyclists. You wont like where i put it if you dont take care of ot within 24 hours.
