The signage on the streets for the motorists that intersect with the BLine as well as the signage for the pedestrians and cyclists on the BLine aren’t consistent. I worry that an accident will occur. Cyclists, pedestrians don’t know if drivers will stop. Some do, some don’t. Attached is one photo. The rules/expectations seem to be different for each intersection. Thank you!

There is a lot of gravel/sand in the bike lane on the west side of Miller Showers Park (for southbound bicycles). It's been there for at least six weeks. There are two spots in particular with a large amount of debris that is not safe to ride a road bicycle through.
Dangerously uneven sidewalk. Difficult to navigate for wheelchair users
This is a repeat of ureport #204475... Regarding the bridge over the train tracks where Rogers becomes Madison, between 11th and 13th street. The bike lane was painted again today, and again it was painted incorrectly. The technicians have not been following the engineered design, and as a result the merge zone has gone missing. This is important to let cyclists and drivers both know that the bike lane ends. It's also important to provide a suggestion for where the merge should occur -- it is much safer to merge at low speed and high visibility at the top of the hill than at high speed and low visibility just past the crest. Gravel and asphalt in bike lane between south of 2nd street to 3rd street
The cross walk at the b-line extension and Switchyard Park crossing Walnut is wickedly dangerous. Miscommunication between drivers and pedestrians (and cyclists) is too easy, and someone could be easily killed. I’ve almost been hit by cars there on three separate occasions when I had a go light and cars raced through the intersection anyways. In fact, the signs entice cars through a red light signal if they don’t see crossers. I’m happy to report the specific dangers if asked, but I wanted to log the complaint before and not after someone was killed. In all my years, I’ve never seen such poor and dangerous planning in the name of safety. Please convert the crossing to something more conventional so cars know what to do.
Transients are sleeping on the tables in the park shelter at Butler Park. This is illegal and should be stopped.
There are transients laying on the B Line trail between 8th and 7th street in Bloomington. This is illegal and should be taken care of.
Sidewalk completely covered in gravel. Hazardous for pedestrians, especially the elderly.
