Gravel overflowing from tree plot into 7-line and sidewalk. This photo is at the parking lot for 215 N Washington St, but the problem exists along the whole block between walnut and washington. This is my 3rd report of this exact problem. Most recently, #205849. One of the property managers keeps adding more gravel even though it has been overflowing for several years already. The mythical street sweeping did not even remove the gravel already in the 7 line! It certainly cannot do anything about the continuin flow of gravel. Historical photos on google street view show that the properties on the eastern half of the block did not used to have loose gravel -- this is a new development and not grandfathered in. Regardless of what the original zoning mistake was, OVERFLOWING WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED. and: IF PLANNING CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, ENGINEERING AND PW HAVE AN AFFIRMATIVE DUTY TO MAINTAIN A SAFE ROW REGARDLESS OF THE FAILURES OF P&T. thanks!

This is a repeat of ureport #204475... Regarding the bridge over the train tracks where Rogers becomes Madison, between 11th and 13th street. The bike lane was painted again today, and again it was painted incorrectly. The technicians have not been following the engineered design, and as a result the merge zone has gone missing. This is important to let cyclists and drivers both know that the bike lane ends. It's also important to provide a suggestion for where the merge should occur -- it is much safer to merge at low speed and high visibility at the top of the hill than at high speed and low visibility just past the crest. Dangerously uneven sidewalk. Difficult to navigate for wheelchair users

There is a lot of gravel/sand in the bike lane on the west side of Miller Showers Park (for southbound bicycles). It's been there for at least six weeks. There are two spots in particular with a large amount of debris that is not safe to ride a road bicycle through.

The signage on the streets for the motorists that intersect with the BLine as well as the signage for the pedestrians and cyclists on the BLine aren’t consistent. I worry that an accident will occur. Cyclists, pedestrians don’t know if drivers will stop. Some do, some don’t. Attached is one photo. The rules/expectations seem to be different for each intersection. Thank you!

Deer cadaver across from the Army Reserve Center building on E Second Street, in a ditch, half hidden behind a telephone patch box. Has been there at least since Sunday afternoon.
