The lamp posts on Kirkwood between Walnut & Washington have been out for a few weeks. Is there a reason for this. I manage the Uptown Cafe and it gets fairly dark without these lamp posts.

A street light is needed at this intersection for pedestrian safety.
The new bulb is too bright, it's neon bright! Bright light penetrates our blackout curtains, now, and we don't have darkness at all.
Lights are out on 12th and Morton
Stoplight is blinking red at 17th and Walnut.
The street is out in the 900 block of West Fourth Street. Pole is next to the alley which is by the cemetery wall.
When travelling west on 7th, the left turn arrow onto college does not turn green. This issue has been noticed on a few occasions, all around 10pm.
The left light turning onto College Avenue does not turn green. This is a repeat request and was supposedly resolved but is not resolved. The previous pick a number was 177741
This light on the corner is not working. I’ve reported it before and Duke came out. I tried to report it again yesterday, but their website said it was working and wouldn’t let me report it. It is _not_ working. If they had come out after dark they would have seen it. I’m alone and my neighbor has found syringes in the thicket along his property line between him and the railroad track. Perhaps if the light was working, it would be less attractive for people doing things they shouldn’t right under that light! I’m
