The street light on Dunn at Lakewood and Dunn is out. We heard a loud pop and saw a flash Monday morning, but didn't know what it was from. Then I noticed that street light is out.

I reported this streetlight outage July 24, 2014 to Duke Energy. Despite repeated followup calls on my part, and some trucks / people coming to the neighborhood, it remains out. Can you please make them fix it? I don't have the time and energy to continue calling and being put on hold / being told I would get a call back and then people leaving message with no callback info... I'm fed up (and in the dark). I understand some delays but this is beyond reasonable. Original report is attached.

Tree over grown around light. Street light not providing enough light. Safety is a concern. Multiple night incidents reported in the neighborhood. There needs to be more lighting around these area added. Very dark Very dark and dangerous at night. Particularly around 3260 N Ramble Rd E & 3300 North Ramble Road Court, Bloomington, IN 47408. Thanks for your prompt attention.
