The traffic signals are not in proper progression, wasting energy.

Left turn arrow for Hwy 46 left turn into bank parking lot cycles green every time, even when there are no cars heading northbound.
Double left turn arrow for northbound 46 for turn onto 37 on ramp stays green for a minute when there are no cars turning left.
The automatic traffic signals at Kirkwood Ave. and Adams Street need to be adjusted. The most aggravating problem is the insufferably long green signal for Adams Street traffic heading south. 3 or 4 minutes seems unreasonably long for traffic going south on Adams, especially at night.
Signal at Smith Ave and Walnut is not synchronized with 2nd & 3rd Sts. You promised that when you put another signal on Walnut for parents dropping off kids at Project School that it would not cause problems with traffic flow and would be synched with rest of Walnut St. But it is NOT. This has been bugging me for several months. I don't often drive north on Walnut in this area, but when I do, this light is NEVER synched. Please fix this for better traffic flow.
At 17th & Kinser Pike, from 17th turning left onto Kinser the turn light comes on whether there is a car there or not. I have noticed this all day today from this morning to this evening.
Northbound left turn signal on Sare Rd at Moore's Pike intersection continues to cycle green for 10 seconds when there are no cars on the loop.
The stop sign is blocked at the intersection of Ross Lane and Timothy Drive (just off West Allen Street). A tree is growing a few feet in front of the sign, and completely hides the stop sign.
It appears the turn arrow for the west bound lane of 10th street at Jordan Ave is not working
Hello. Is the traffic signal on 3rd, just east of the IN-37/I-69 ramps, still awaiting final synchronization as the I-69 construction project wraps up? I find myself sitting on 3rd waiting for that light all the time, when there is no cross traffic at all coming from Franklin or Wynnedale. Also the left turn lights on 3rd will often cycle even when there are no cars waiting to turn. Assuming that at least some of these signal cycles are triggered by sensors, I'm guessing the sensors, and/or the cycle times, need some work.
