Vernal and 37 yellow light to short for bike crossing 37. The last couple of days I've entered the Vernal-37 crossing on a green had it switch to a yell just before the center and red before I finished the crossing. It's not just a bike issue as I can easily keep up with traffic as it accelerates across 37.

The traffic signal at Kinser Pike & 45/46 Bypass is only allowing about 4-6 cars through going N & S on Kinser. It seems when the signal gets changed for IU games, it often doesn't get changed back correctly.

Street light at 2nd and High.Perhaps there is a reason, but I don't understand why the east-west light stays green for twice as long as the north-south? Also, why does the left turn lane always activate when there are no cars turning (from the north going south) and sometimes when there are no cars traveling south at all?
Thanks.

The traffic sensors on the signal at 3rd & High are not working. The signal cycles through all phases, even turn arrows, even when there are no vehicles on the side street (Bryan) or the turn lane (w.b.3rd).

I realize that this is state and not a city issue, but I'm hoping you can escalate it.
The pedestrian island at the NW corner of 10th and the Bypass has a defective crosswalk signal. This is for the crossing from the island south across the mouth of 10th street. It does not give the verbal cue to "wait" and it does not trigger the visual pedestrian signal (white silhouette).
Could you please notify the proper state authorities?
Thank you,
