Traffic signal at the intersection of E 17th Street and N Woodlawn Ave changes to red for 17th street vehicles although no vehicles are on Woodlawn Ave to activate their light to green. This is backing traffic up 17th Street in the mornings.
The new pedestrian crossing signal at 11th and Diamond has a locator tone that beeps continuously 24/7, all day and all night. The signal is very close to my house (<10ft) and I can hear the tone from inside my walls, which is absolutely maddening when I'm trying to fall asleep! Please turn off the persistent locator tone on these signs, there are other tactile cues to help those with impaired vision find the crosswalk. Thanks!
The walk signal at the NW corner of 10th and Walnut facing south is burnt out. The don't walk signal lights up but the walk does not. Thanks!
The vehicle sensors on Clarizz don't seem to be detecting correctly. I have set at that intersection, and the traffic signals take a long time to change, even if there's no traffic on 3rd Street. Wasn't sure if that is the way it is supposed to be or not.
The street light is out and is in flash.

Light at 10th and the Bypass does not permit eastbound traffic through while a train is passing by. Eastbound traffic turning right to go south can still proceed via a right on red, but traffic that would not be backing up due to the train does not get a green signal until the train has passed. Signal gives a green left turn arrow to east bound traffic on East 3rd for a left turn onto Hillsdale every cycle even without cars in the turn lane.
Please have the city traffic software programmers review this signal's program. It is basically ignoring the street sensors for westbound traffic on 3rd.
