At the intersection of Lower Cascades Rd. and Walnut Street (north end), re the signal as you sit on Lower Cascades Rd. facing east: The red portion of the three lights is out and has been for a couple of weeks or so. Yellow and green are fine, and there is a second signal adjacent to it on the left, which is fine so traffic is not hindered. Thank you!

Regarding two street lights along college mall road, I am confused why they cycle in the way they do. The light at Buick cadillac and college mall typically runs green equally either way when the traffic on college mall road is by far more busy. Likewise the light between 2nd and 3rd street is cycled equally when again the traffic along college mall road is much busier. Their frequently is a line going south that gets stuck on 3rd street because of the constant backup of traffic caused by this. I am sure there is reasons for the different cycles programmed for the lights, but these two just does not make sense to me.
Thank you for your time.

What time in the morning will the (5 MONTHS!) work begin on Tapp for the signal being installed at Deborah? That's SUCH a major thoroughway east and west for people going to school and work that it will be really discourteous if traffic is hindered before 8:30 a.m.
