A Yield sign has been put on the ground in my yard on the corner of Winfield and Fairoaks Lane. The sign seems to have been vandalized from the Renwick roundabout.

The traffic signal at Kinser Pike & 45/46 Bypass is only allowing about 4-6 cars through going N & S on Kinser. It seems when the signal gets changed for IU games, it often doesn't get changed back correctly.
The light at 2nd and High street is not working.
The left turn signal for southbound Walnut street at Hillside drive is again activating with no turn traffic present.
Now that the students are coming back, can the protected left turn signal going from Union St to Tenth be turned back on? Thanks.
at walnut and winslow, the left turn arrows are not activating for any of the four directions.
The traffic light at E. Covenanter and S. College Mall Road doesn't ever change to green coming from the west side some of the time late at night. Cars are allowed in coming the other way (from the east), but the cycle runs all the way through with no green signal on the west side of the intersection. Is there a sensor for cars in the road that's not working? This has happened a number of times over a period of months.
Left turn lights on Union at 10th St never activate.
Leaving lot for Fresh Thyme/Big Lots and attempting to turn left (East) on to 3rd St, current signal timing only allows, at best, 3 vehicles to proceed through the light. With the configuration of that lot entrance, this results in substantial backups and blockages.
Traffic signal at 17th and Fee Lane had turn signals until this summer, especially valuable for buses. Is this something that needs to be fixed or is it a permanent change?
