I was facing East on Indiana 45 and turning left (North) onto Kinser Pike. I didn't make the green left turn arrow and ended up in the middle of the intersection waiting to make an unprotected left. My light turned red but oncoming traffic still had a green, the oncoming turn lane got a green arrow. I was unable to clear the intersection, was unable to back up with cars behind me, and was blocking traffic from Kinser Pike when they got a green light. This is dangerous, I had assumed that oncoming traffic also had a red and would stop (as it had been for years), I was starting to clear the intersection by making the left when I realized oncoming cars weren't stopping. A turn lane where unprotected turns are allowed should not get a red while oncoming traffic still has a green.

The turn lights are very short. They only let maybe 3 cars through before it changes. This is especially an issue in the mornings when traffic is heavy. The worst light is when you pull out of Kroger and head towards 45 bypass

Lights at N Kinser Pike/W Indiana 45 Bypass and those at Walnut/College and W Indiana 45 Bypass get out of sync every time there is a IU basketball or football game. These lights usually line up green and red but currently when Kinser is green, walnut/college is red causing a bottleneck from the west (W Indiana 45) and north (N Kinser Pike). When these lights are synced up, the traffic in this area moves through much smoother.

Between 5am and 530am weekdays I travel west on SR46 and every morning the east/west traffic light on 46 is red, and the south/north N. Kinser light is green and there is no traffic (or rarely traffic) headed north or south, and the SR46 east/west traffic is forced to sit and wait for no good reason. If there are sensors for traffic at this intersection would it be possible, during early morning hours, to allow east/west traffic to proceed unimpeded when there is no traffic driving south/north on N Kinser? Traffic light at Walnut and Milller is having an issue - sensors aren't working and the light is staying red for too long

The turn lights/arrows have been non-functional for months causing many close calls between pedestrians and vehicles, also causing back ups onto law lane where some people end up stopping on the railroad tracks. Please find a way to get these functional again, I'm afraid someone will be injured. Thank You

if one is heading north or south on union, the left turn signals ALWAYS go on with every cycle-- even when no cars are turning. the turn signals stay on for a long time. they should work only when a car is there to turn
