Left turn signal always begins light cycle when north or southbound on Union. This is frustrating because there usually isn't even a car there to trigger the turn arrow. This causes all other cars to just sit when traffic could have been moving.

Signal at 10th and Union triggers the left turn arrows every cycle. Even when there are no left turners present.

West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not.
