The elevator has been out of service for three weeks as of last Saturday. It would be helpful if a notice could be placed at the entrance to the garage itself in addition to the elevator doors, so that someone who can't manage stairs will know the elevator isn't available. These tenants moved out from Brenda Lane months ago but their cars that have flat tires are still parked on the street. There are 3 cars parked in a school lot at Templeton that are not staff or parents. They are parked here all the time.

Red SUV. Plate: 977HA. Hasn't moved in 6 months. Full of junk/garbage. Plates expired in 2021. Not enough spaces for tenants who live here to park. Parking at other buildings in other tenants places. There's a ticket on the front windshield that's been there for a week.
Maroon SUV with expired plates starting with 977 has been sitting here since before winter. It hasn't moved, the driver's door window has been down since at least fall, maybe summer. It's full of junk. No extra parking at this building, vehicles plate expired in 2021 and don't know the last time it was driven. Believe it is non-functional.
There are constantly vehicles parked in the cul de sac that all belong to one home. The cars are all in poor condition and the house already has six vehicles in their driveway. They are anti-social and often will block the street with the visitors they have. There are many days when neighbors around them do not get mail because they are parked in front of the mailboxes with their excess of cars. It seems as if they are running an auto body shop out of their small driveway
Parking lot is completely covered in ice and is not usable. I rely on this for work and am delayed since I can't even drive I to the lot due to ice. Co worker almost hurt himself and others property trying to get out.
