The contractors for the housing development by Bloomingfoods East are constantly using the Bfoods parking lot for staging, contractor parking, and using the access street for the same purpose. They are blocking traffic, and creating dangerous access conditions. Is this part of their traffic plan? If so, somebody in Planning needs to look closer at these plans.
My name is Lauren, I am the Facilities Manager at Middle Way House. At 6 am this morning- all of our parking spots on Washington (between 3rd and Smith) were blocked off. There are constantly vehicles parked in the cul de sac that all belong to one home. The cars are all in poor condition and the house already has six vehicles in their driveway. They are anti-social and often will block the street with the visitors they have. There are many days when neighbors around them do not get mail because they are parked in front of the mailboxes with their excess of cars. It seems as if they are running an auto body shop out of their small driveway
Hello! We have several freight deliveries coming this week and all of the street parking spots in front of our business are blocked by snow.
This truck has been parked for months and is taking up multiple spots. The owner clearly has zero intention of using the vehicle and is depriving residents in the vicinity of at least one, if not two, parking places. It has been ticketed at least once, and the ticket is still there.
Accessible parking spot is inaccessible with piles of snow
Delivery truck blocking all accessible spots and ramp in north showers parking lot. Lady in wheelchair unable to park in accessible spots and then once parking somewhere else, unable to use ramp because of truck. Has been there for about 2.5 hours
Not sure who is responsible for ally upkeep, but there's a pothole in the ally that is used to access the parking lot of 809 s Henderson.
A large white box truck taking up residential street parking. It appears this person is moving this truck around the neighborhood. I believe the owner is running a business out of this truck. He meets people and appears to sell parts and then he locks the truck and rides away on a bicycle. There is a solar panel on top of the truck and a power cord running in. The owner and 'customers' meet and climb in to the back of the truck through the cab and then leave after some time. I have seen this because he has parked by my house more than once. It is concerning because parking is so very limited in my neighborhood and this truck is taking up a valuable residential parking. I have noticed he moves the truck around the neighborhood every few days so he is aware of not parking it for very long to avoid receiving a citation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
