I work in Luddy Hall on the IU Campus. I have an ADA sticker for my car. The only ADA parking close to the southside of the building in on the west side of Myles Brank Hall behind Luddy. The City of Bloomington has timed parking along the south side of Luddy on Cottage Grove. It would benefit me to have at least one or preferably two of those parking spaces issued for drivers with a disabled license. This building has no parking on the other three sides. I'm 71 years old with major health issues and we have elderly and/or disabled family members come to Luddy also, especially in inclement weather when there is more possibility of falls. Abandoned vehicle in neighborhood parking. Vehicle appears to have a flat tire and has not moved for 6 months. Taking of neighborhood parking space. Leaves and brush are gathering around the tires. Car is parked on 3rd & Madison near High Speed. See image attached.

I have been calling about this car since 2016. It has been turned around but is still parked in front of my house. The plates say 16. I was told by a policeman in 2017 that it would be moved in three days.... when I called 2 weeks later I was told they had new plates.... doesn't look like it. We could use the parking please. It has been right in front of our sidewalk for at least 3 years. 708 W Dixie

You of course have parking problems galore near campus and older part of town. Why not institute policy of granting residential-area by-the-day parking permits for persons with valid handicapped designation? Say, for 8 am-4 in residential areas zoned restrictively? I was not legally able to park in and stroll my old neighborhood--tho' fortunately found the garage on Atwater. Had never expected to have pulmonary problems. Even area residents complain about campus parking. Can't you remove evening quotas for special events?

Parking meter 209B taking quarters without giving time. This meter,as well as others, appears to have been "slimed" with a green substance.

2 bikes have been abandoned for many weeks at the bike corral in front of Trojan Horse. One is purplish, and the other is aqua with white wheels. Both are starting to show signs of being abandoned rather than just parked a long time.

Since you have implemented meters, I have only gone downtown a few times a year. It'd be nice if you posted signs where parking is free. To figure out where there is free parking in this town is almost impossible. Why not parking holidays during the summer for residents?

In the 4th Street Parking Garage all 6 of the electric vehicle charging stations were not working. They appeared fine but when connecting or using the EVConnect app they were shown to be "in maintenance" and would not charge. This was Sunday January 23. I tried all 6 stations.
