There is a drainage issue outside our neighbor’s home that is running in front of our home as well. The standing water has been there for about a year, is disgusting and has an odor that smells like fish. I am concerned about our children getting sick from getting this contaminated water on their hands and body. This is located on the cul-de-sac of S Bay Hill Court in Fieldstone Subdivision - specifically in front of 431 S Bay Hill Court. on the side of the square that has the restaurants king-dough and the owlery, at the alley in the middle of the block, there is a constant little stream of water going out onto where pedestrians are walking on the sidewalk, so there's a leak somewhere. i have noticed this for several months, & with winter soon, it will freeze & be a hazard for slip&falls. thanks

During Sunday storm, water runoff on Madison Street between 6th & 7th flooded into my commercial space (212 N Madison). It climbed a foot up the exterior of the building and flooded comletely to the back of the building, jeopardizing thousands of dollars in equipment and stock. It appears that the sidewalk tips toward the building, and so that once the water crests over the sidewalk, it is pushed into our space. It seems to me that the issue with the sidewalk is the city's. Further, I wonder if there is anything that can be done to ensure the functioning of the sewer, which is the problem at the base of the flooding issue. I know two other spaces on that block also flooded. I don't have a photo, but can secure one from my landlord if needed. Many thanks for looking into this. Jane

Again this year when they come to clear our drains for when we get flooded they're leaving all of the leaves in the grass instead of hauling them off so next time it rains it's going to fall back into the drains and in the meantime it kills our grass. I was told to report this so that the supervisor could talk to the people last year. Thank you.

I sent this in last week and you have clothes to ticket but you haven't done any work can I see said that sweet workers would come this week and take the leaves away that they had unclog the drain with him left behind we have rain coming and guess what been over a week and the leaves are still here I left a message at the office but would like to get this resolved right away thank you this is 401 North Sheffield drive just in case the location then get mark correctly

A small stream feeding into Jackson Creek at Childs Elementary School smells like chlorine - like the stream is a drained swimming pool. The stream is at approximately these coordinates: 39.138140, -86.505298 on Google maps. That is on the east side of Jackson Creek (across the bridge), on the SE border of the playground area.

at "auto glass" business at 2521 w 3rd st, this morning there was a large steady stream of water onto sidewalk even though it wasnt raining. so probably a broken pipe. please check on this or it will become a hazard for pedestrians when the temp crashes soon & it will freeze. thanks

Large pool of water at 908 S. Larkspur Lane, Bloomington. There is no drainage. (I could not choose location on your map because every time I try to zoom in it zooms all the way out to whole globe view. Also, I couldn't upload photo because you don't allow uploaded from phone gallery. Only option it gave me was upload from Box app and that wouldn't work. Y'alls website sucks)

The storm drain in front of my house at 2217 E. Wimbleton Ln. clogs multiple times with every rain storm. We unclog it as often as we can, and apparently some neighbors have been helping out when we are away, but we wonder if there is any better solution. It seems like it will be quite hazardous in the winter, since we aren't always available to unclog it.
