There are two rectangular holes on the Windermere Woods property that present a hazard to those who walk through the green space. The holes are located on the lower portion of Windermere Woods Drive as it runs parallel to College Mall Road, about 150 feet north of Covenanter Drive. Reporting again as I have not heard from anyone about this issue. There is no sign that the development has done anything to fix this issue. In addition they have increased their work behind our house including starting work with large tractors just before 6:30am. It's very loud and was reported to the police. Previous information already sent: Behind our house (to the west) is the Kinser Ridge development. After their work moving around dirt last week (they started on Monday 5/18) and then the resulting rain has inundated the silt fence and it is no longer standing and rainwater mixed with silt pours over when it rains. The worst was Wednesday 5/20 where the silt poured down our driveway, flooded our garage and left 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch of silt in many parts of our driveway once the rain stopped. There has been no change in the silt fence despite my husband (Tom Grano) reporting to the city in multiple departments and speaking with the foreman of the development. Today (5/26) the development is once again moving around dirt in that area. The silt fence needs to be repaired and a more permanent solution needs to be found as soon as possible, especially with a high probability of rain the next few days. Our house is not the only property that has been impacted as the west lane of Kinser Pike flooded on Wednesday 5/20 and the silt could be seen as far down as Bayles.

The discharge from the sewer continues. Yesterday the plumbers were here and left all of the debris on the street and garden. The cleaning did not work and now the sewage water has backed up to the clean out and sipping through.
We always stop here on our walks to look at the minnows in Jackson Creek. Someone east of Sare Road has dumped a lot of sediment into the creek. In all the years we’ve been walking this trail, we’ve never seen this.
street storm drain inlet completely clogged with dirt and other debris. habitat for humanity neighborhood. it seems the drain was covered with something to prevent debris from getting into it during construction. the drain is totally dysfunctional. thank you so much
The water in Griffy Creek behind this property is incredibly murky today - opaque and greenish grey and a couple new items of garbage have appeared on the far bank. The level is high and the water is flowing swiftly, and it seems less cloudy coming in under the road from the dog park. There were a dozen ducks and a heron frolicking in the clearer, cold water less than a month ago.

Severe erosion issues from tree removal and other excavation work in backyard without proper erosion control measures put in place or inspected. Flood plain below the property is becoming badly silted on city of Bloomington property adjoining Jackson Creek. Site grading in the area appears to be completed, but erosion issues persist.
