Excess water seems to be coming out of my drains at the street, even days after it has rained. My water bill was high last month, and I thought it was for other reasons. Now I am worried that there is a leak.

There appears to be a water leak at the corner of N Jackson and 17th St. It was really wet yesterday morning. Today, it has frozen and cars slide when coming to the stop sign. Could be really dangerous. Thanks!

Hello, there appears to be a leak for a water line under the sidewalk located between 920 West Kirkwood and 924 West Kirwood. The leak is located directly south of a water meter vault. During the recent cold weather, the water is freezing and making it hazardous for pedestrians to cross. Thank You.

The home we bought 2 years ago has flood damage and serious drainage issue that I can't not get under control. There is stormwater runoff that has been coming from (5) different neighboring properties and especially the one huge lot at 2130 Shan Crest Hill 46239. When there is a rainstorm not only does or crawl space completely fill up but our yard on the South, East, and west sides become quickly flooded like a lake. there is a 12" culvert drain pipe that runs east to west on the South side that run right next to the road Raymond Street that should be able to accept my neighbors & our ground water but the 12" easement drain pipe is roughly 13" higher win elevation than the area in the rear of my home where all of their ground water collects so it just fills up and resides under our homes foundation. My wife and I have tried everything bought and burnt out several 1, 2. and 3 HP water pumps with no luck. there is just way, WAY to much water. We are becoming very worried about the possibility's of permanent foundation damage, mold, and our home becoming condemned. Every contractor at least (9) or (10) decline getting involved engineers as well. we are at the end of our rope sorta speak.... I Just had a survey done along with a TOPO survey as well , I can send both to you if it would help. Please any help at all would be greatly appreciated... Thank you Scott, Sharon, & Karmavon Herzog 9036 East Raymond Street Indianapolis IN 46239 317-494-0574

Requesting an update on case #171056. Our storm water inlets are undersized and unable to handle the water flow coming to these inlets. During heavy rains these inlets clog just like last night 4/8/2020 photo attached. Much appreciate the update on this project to bring the storm water system on our road up to date.

A few years ago, Duke Energy installed this abomination of a culvert behind my back yard, adjacent to Rogers Road. They also installed two embarrassingly undersized culverts in the dry stream bed immediately south of this culvert further into my property. This was all done to get a truck back to a utility pole. After the two culverts clogged routinely, flooded the property, and were shown to be entirely insufficient, I complained and they removed the double culvert. I complained at the time about this awful eyesore of a culvert adjacent to the road, but they did nothing. The culvert served no purpose but to allow a vehicle onto the property without having to traverse a small dry stream bed. With the other culverts now removed (which were used to traverse the next dry stream), there is no reason for any vehicle exit Rogers Road at this location. Please, for the sake of our city’s beauty and the beauty of my back yard, have someone remove this grossly-too-long, rusted, paint-peeling culvert that serves no purpose. I hope all of the gravel can be removed as well, but I would be overjoyed with the sole removal of the pipe. Many many thanks for your consideration! Nate Peterman 3104 S Autumn Ct./47401 812-322-6138
