Paved surface changes soon after walking west on the Moore’s Pike sidewalk in front of Cedarhurst. The path narrows and is almost impassable due to plant overgrowth. This continues down to the big intersection of Moore’s Pike and College Mall/Sare Road. The strips of land on either side of the walkway are overgrown and need mowing very badly. Who is responsible for that?
I'm trying to combine five separate complaints into one, as they are similar in nature (improperly parked scooters on sidewalks) and they're likely to forwarded to the legal department anyway. So I figured I would batch them up. I think each of the five photos show a scooter that should cause the city to cite and fine the company under city code. If they're not cited and fined, I would like an explanation within a reasonable time why they're not being cited and fined. Bob Jones Radiator at Allen and Walnut has multiple cars parked on the Allen st sidewalk.
