On E Second, close to the corner of Woodscrest and E Second, there are low overhanging branches on the footpath next to the school grounds. Pedestrians have to duck to avoid them.
The sidewalk on the north side of Moore's Pike by the AMC Theater is overgrown. Bushes nearly block the sidewalk and the grass is waist-high. I'm guessing that they have ceased caring for the property due to movie theaters being closed.
Sidewalk blocked with construction sign on north side of 17th between woodburn and kinser. In front of 314 W 17th. I believe its trying to warn about sidewalk closure for site just west of kinser. The sidewalk here is still useful to connect to sidewalks on the east side of madison and kinser, and it should not be blocked. A desire trail in the grass indicates there are pedestrians still using this route.

SE corner of 14th&college. Co-live. They scraped the mud off the sidewalk! Sand and trailer hitch remain.
SE corner college&14th. Co-live. Loading across the sidewalk, not at the driveway. Past partial obstructions still present.
Overhanging tree branches in front of the church in the 1600 bloc of E Second Street; sidewalk completely blocked by branches from a shrub on E Second Street between Mitchell and Swain.
There are shrubs/trees sticking out and hanging low over the sidewalk at the south edge of the new Switchyard Apartments. Additionally, the sidewalk is overgrown with dirt, sand, and grass such that it is inaccessible by wheelchair and possibly for those with other mobility devices. This is of great concern because there is a tenant moving in the apartments soon who uses a wheelchair and will be needing to access the sidewalk to travel to Bloomington Transit bus stops on South Rogers and intersection for safe crossing. Thank for taking care of this for her and other pedestrians who are inconvenienced by these obstructions.
Southeast corner of college and 14th. Co-live site. A lot going on here today. Sand is unmitigated, erosion control still breached. I took a picture at 9:52 and it showed a lot of activity on the sidewalk so I came back at 10:58 to see if that activity was temporary. It appears by the presence of the hose, which was present an hour ago, that they are using the sidewalk as part of their work process to mix mortar. Workers in the fire background (near the bridge) appear to be preparing to tear up the sidewalk to bury a pipe. I understand there will be impacts from construction, but if they were going to block the road they would at least install a temporary detour of some kind.
