Sidewalk in front of 2621 N Kinser Pk is overgrown with ground cover and is covered in dead pine needles forcing power chair operation close to curb of motorway. Very unsafe.

tree branches and planting are covering/impacting over half of the sidewalk in front of 620 S. Park Avenue. It's been a problem for over four months. There was a big dead dangling tree branch (which has been removed) but the rest of the tree and the ground cover has taken over the sidewalk.

East Kirkwood Avenue looks like a shanty town! Homeless are blocking the street, sleeping on the sidewalk, hanging clothes from fences and putting up tents!
