Dumpster is persistently placed where the horizonal bar, about 5 feet high, sticks out into the public sidewalk right of way. I am worried that a child is going to run down the sidewalk and get a concussion.
Low tree branches obstruct sidewalk right of way from above. Also where 812 and 808 boundary lies, low vines and shrubs obstruct sidewalk from the side.

Plants on property encroaching onto sidewalk making it dangerous for pedestrians trying to avoid heavy , high speed traffic on atwater avenue. Plants are a trip hazard. Plants are also not allowing for handicap access on that block.
No effort to remove snow from sidewalks. Very dangerous walking on sidewalk with the possibility of slipping and falling directly into heavy traffic on Atwater.
No snow removal on sidewalks. This is managed by granite properties. Both buildings 801 & 809 have parking lots cleared but not the sidewalks. It has been well after 24hrs since the last snowfall.
