I just purchased a brand new washer and dryer from Lowe’s. They’re under warranty. My dryer started making a really loud noise and a light came on on the dryer and I called Samsung to see if they could send someone out to fix the dryer and the lady told me that they would not send anyone until the outside dryer is cleaned out. That is the light that is coming on on the dryer and I can’t get to it. I’ve contacted the Landlord and he refuses.

Fires are regularly being set on property adjacent to the Arlington Valkey Neighborhood. Several times per week, these fires are used to melt copper from wire or to make drugs. In both cases, the toxic fumes engulf residents’ yards and homes. In the case of Rosemary Dalton, this has caused illness on a few occasions. She has asked me to file this on her behalf

No one from Xfinity/Comcast has contacted me either by email, text message, or phone. Jeff, we spoke on Wed, April 29th - you called me. The cable is still touching my garage roof. I feel uncomfortable with this situation due to the amount & severity of the Bloomington storms this Spring.
