We recently moved in, and there is a cable (perhaps carrying power) that is wrapped around the tree in front of our house using a wire hanger. None of the utility companies we've contacted want to take responsibility for it. How do we determine the owner and get it removed?
I am an employee of Teach and Play ABA owned by Sara Shrivastav and I am aware that she has been told that she needs to put sprinklers and fire alarms in the facility for our safety and the children’s safety, but she has still not done that and as far as I know she has no plans to and is not taking it seriously. We have already had a fire in the building and there was 0 plan in place and was not done up to standard which makes me very concerned for the safety of myself and the children we serve. If you’re able to come as soon as possible I would appreciate that. I am choosing to submit anonymously because I don’t want to risk losing my job for reporting, but it is a safety issue that I believe needs to be addressed immediately. She sent us an email in regards to the fire safety issues that she was made aware of and she hasn’t any intentions of making changes as of right now. I’m concerned because we’ve already had a fire in the facility and it was very poorly handled. I’m worried for the safety of myself, coworkers and children at the facility. She wrote us an email saying we are not allowed to let you in the building and it’s just very concerning to me. She has already opened two more facilities and they also don’t have sprinklers or fire alarms and I ultimately just want to make sure we’re in a safe environment. I’m also not sure if it’s structurally sound. She did a lot of the remodeling by herself so if there’s anyway someone could check that and make sure things are up to standard because she had mercury lightbulbs which caused the first fire, I would really appreciate that. Unusual smell in the neighborhood this evening. Smells like some sort of petroleum distillate (which is why we're concerned = flammable?). Noticed not long after a train passed by. Went back near the tracks and it is strong there, but still very evident out front, on the street. persistent for the past hour or so.
Hello, I have concern about the back row of apartments at The Crossing on Pete Ellis. There is limited space (about 3 feet) between the wooden patio fences and forest area. People smoke and throw cigarettes over balconies. Maintenance workers also smoke during the day. Currently they are working on painting indoor at some apartments, painting outdoor hallways and working on patios. Could you please help ensure safety of the residents? Thank you.

These residents have trash scattered everywhere on the property and they are burning all there trash in the back of the house. They are burning plastic containers because they produce methamphetamine and the entire neighborhood becomes infumed with toxic air. Can someone please I beg you, have the owner of this property make the tenants clean this mess up and stop burning trash in the back. We are becoming beyond frustrated with nobody from the city enforcing these people to stop these violations. Anything you can do we would greatly appreciate.
