There is still a hole in the sidewalk near the steps. It’s quite deep. I’ve complained before. Sometimes it’s covered with a cone but then the cone goes away. Why can’t the city put a true cover on this tripping hazard? Thank you.
The sidewalks along Basswood Drive haven't been shoveled. If this is a city issue, than please do it. If it's due to apartments lining the street, cite them!

More than a week after the snow stopped, I encountered many terrible sidewalks today. Just a few: west side of Rogers, between Kirkwood and 4th, around Regions bank on Kirkwood and Rogers, in front of the Gables house, along the Indian restaurant at the corner of Sixth and Walnut and from the steakhouse to the trail on 6th street. Also, can you please, please require that the sidewalk be cleared to the street? Often, the sidewalks are decent, but then you have to climb over a slippery mound at the corner as you approach oncoming traffic. Definitely a hazard. Please do better. Thank you.
Responded... Hi Nick. First of all, thanks for submitting this uReport. The more folks that say something about it, the better. Second, I know this person and his mother is actually the chair of the Council for Community Accessibility. While neither have directly complained about this issue it has been on our radar as other people have seen him try to navigate that stretch of Smith Road. So I went out and did a full survey from 3rd to 10th Streets and reported every issue along that route. Then I participated in a discussion about it with the Engineering and Planning. It's not so easy to address this one because it's very narrow and can't be widened. It would also be fairly costly to do the whole route. But we have placed it on the sidewalk priority list that was submitted to Planning departments for their next round of sidewalk construction. We won't know how that very limited budget gets spent for a while, but sure hope it includes addressing this one. So that's where we stand on it. Fingers are crossed! No sidewalk available when turning left onto 10th Street off of N. Smith Road. I often come close to getting hit by cars when walking a short-section on this part of 10th Street that has no sidewalk on either side. As a disabled person, I find this even more frustrating. Please consider installing sidewalk on the South-side of 10th Street on this section (on the back-side of the self storage facility on N. Smith Road, that may vbe seen from 10th Street). Thank you.
Multi - use path is below concrete curb, not accessible like all other corners at intersection.
The parking along Strong Drive is out of control. Coming out of Catalent’s parking lot you can not see what is coming due to the cars parked along the right side of the road. The stop sign at the end of the road there is always a car right in front of that making it impossible for cars to be in the correct lane to turn right. If there is cars parked on one side and semis on the other the road becomes a one lane and if there is three semis on one side and cars on the other the oncoming cars are not visible.
The temporary sidewalk adjacent to the construction site is blocked by construction barriers. Location is on Walnut Street, just south of 3rd St., on the west side. Thank you.
Phone call reported handicap ramp on building 600, 2500 S. Rockport Road, being inaccessible. Said landlord is not fixing it appropriately.
