I rented a Bird bicycle to ride home a few weeks ago. The bike has still not been removed from my property even though I reported it to Bird through the app using their removal form. This scooter parking has recently been placed in front of our home without notice. We feel that this parking will be an extreme nuisance to our home, as it is located directly outside bedroom windows. We fear that intoxicated people riding these scooters will be close to our parked cars and right outside our home on a frequent basis. We are worried about noise and the safety of our home and property with intoxicated people parking scooters in the middle of the night. In addition, we do not want people loitering outside of the home. We want this parking area relocated. The parking is located at the corner of 12th Street and Grant Street.
