I just saw a black pickup truck with its bed overflowing with Bird scooters, seemingly not held down by anything, driving rather recklessly considering it could fling scooters into the road at any moment. I’m assuming this truck was being driven by one of Bird’s chargers.
A BIRD scooter was left by my house near the bushes and needs to be removed.
left in front of my house late last night or early morning....still there at 9pm. Contacted them to report. What are we supposed to do when this happens? I sent them an email to remove it. What rights do I have if it's still there tomorrow? In my email I told them they have till noon tomorrow, or I consider it abandoned property. It's not 'lost' property, since they know where they are with their gps chip. I do not understand how it's legal for them to operate.

Bird scooter improperly parked in sidewalk at NE corner of 1st and Henderson
Bird scooter blocking sidewalk. These 2 have been there for 2 days now. We have a nearly blind lady in our neighborhood. Can you imagine what happens if she walks her dog and does not realize that these 2 monsters are in her path! 1807 E Second Drive
Electric bicycle lying in grass for a few days now on the south side of 7th street half-way between Grant and Dunn right next to the bike path and in the area that used to be the main steps up to the Poplars.
