When i'm running westbound on Allen street, crossing South Walnut, there are some pedestrian activated, yellow crosswalk, blinking lights. When traveling westbound, I activate the first set of lights by pressing a button. The lights start blinking, I cross halfway across south walnut, where in the median, there is another button I push to activate a second set of blinking, yellow pedestrian lights and I continue traveling west across south Walnut. That second set of lights is not working.

Incomprehensible signs instructing me not to enter... something? The second Do Not Enter sign, visible in the background, instructs me to use an East/West crosswalk that doesn't seem to exist. I genuinely have no guess what I'm not supposed to enter here. These signs create confusion.

Hoosier Energy's address is 2501 S Cooperative Way. The street sign in the picture has never been changed to Cooperative Way; it still says Tech Park Blvd.

The new traffic lights for the intersection of Rogers and 2nd Street do not have left turn signals. I use this intersection at least once a day to get to work and it both less safe now and more likely to be delayed by left turn traffic now.
