Street Trees

Do private contractors have an obligation to clean up the street? This house on Southdowns (between Manor and Hawthorne) was paved and the street is a mess. It is not just stained, there is a lot of loose debris on the road from the paving process that could be cleaned up. Can the City contact the homeowner to find out who needs to get back out here to clean the street up and make their job site presentable? Thanks.

A pine tree in the creek on the south side of Sheridan between Sheridan and Southdowns is leaning a lot towards the road. Will you send a City arborist to check on the tree to see if it is at risk of falling into the street? Thanks.

There is a pile of debris sitting along the edge of the road. This is on the east side of Manor Road, where Manor runs between Southdowns and Sheridan as it crosses over the creek. This looks like debris that came from the creek, maybe during a high water time. It just needs to be removed and cleaned up.

A pine tree at the house on the northwest corner of the intersection at E Maxwell Lane and Woodlawn (likely 1005) is blocking the view of the stop sign as you approach from the east on Maxwell Lane. Drivers can't see the sign until only a
a car-length or 2 away.
