Grapevines are growing all over the cables between two telephone poles across the driveway of the neighbor at 2301 East Martha actually that's North Martha Street or I'm in front of that house and I'm on North Martha Street I don't know. The cable is hanging two cables are hanging approximately a yard above the ground three or four cables are affected by this the city cleared out a lot of Honeysuckle and other weeds that were around one of the telephone poles this needs to be done again so that all of this Vines and honeysuckles does not grow on the cables and obstruct cause a hazard.

Lights out at dark. Very dangerous with e-scooters and e-bikers zooming by. Almost nailed me and my dog. Lights have been off for almost a year now.
