When will the Morton Garage’s elevator be fixed? Also is the city of Bloomington employee lots (where the farmers market is on Saturdays) open to free public parking after 5pm during the week?
There are cars that have been in the parking lot for several weeks that do not move them at all and there are times when there is no place to park
Over the past three weeks there have been non-electric cars parked in only two electric charging spots in the garage on walnut street. I want to purchase a monthly parking permit to thus garage, but not if I am not able to charge my car there.
Somebody drove through the gate at the Morton Street garage and ripped it off. I was exiting around 8:10 PM on Saturday and saw it
The south elevator numbering does not match the parking level numbers, you press 4 and end up on parking level 5, to get to parking level 7 you have to press 6. The north elevator numbering is correct

I believe someone tampered with my brake line, creating a complete brake line failure, driving moments after leaving parking lot, Oct 3, Monday between, 230pm and 4pm. I have a large orange H2 Hummer, parked on the 4th st side of parking lot. I'm requesting review of any on site video camera footage.. person parked directly next to me, driver side, took smart pics of me when I returned.

I park in the 4th street garage. On 10/26 at 5:15pm i found a box behind my car, the kind of box like an emergency auto kit. 3rd floor, southest corner (i was 2 cars away from the corner). I do not remember seeing it there when i arrived yesterday morning after 8 am.
Trades garage stairwell has inadequate lighting and strobing/flashing of current lights left. North side of garage. Unsure of south side.
