The painted lines along 1200-1400 S. Dunn Street need to be repainted, as they are no longer visible, resulting in people parking haphazardly and blocking spaces.

W. 2nd st. heading east, & I think just after the landmark intersection, there is a pot hole that is on the white line and to the right of it. It's only a hazard to cyclists and pedestrians, it is not in the road. I, being a cyclist, have it full speed once before going down that portion of the hill. Knowing what to expect, I ride my bike along that portion of the road, a foot to the left of the line. Thank you Randy Craw 812-360-3600 PS. There is a pile of gravel and sand that is dangerous for cycling through, and especially for turning, for cyclists. It is where Plamer let's out into Hillside.

Road was torn up during repairs to water line over the winter. Has not been resurfaced. Hazardous because cars drive on wrong side of street to avoid non-paved areas.

Traffic light at high and hillside is not working. Light traveling south on high street is not working properly

There's a small hole beside the street that could be a pedestrian hazard. There are no sidewalks on this street so you need to walk in the street or on the grass.
