City light on east Saratoga drive is not working. My son and other children taken the school bus close by and now the street, that does not have even a sidewalk, is pitch black.

Bloomington Muni Code 15.24.020​ lists the speed limit on Indiana as 30, however this sign just north of 10th states "Speed Limit 25." I wonder how many erroneous tickets have been issued on this stretch of road.
