Subsidence Small, still in its beginning stage. Observation; this not your first, second or even the third sewer grate to repaired in this neighborhood. Can I ask the question if it is a Mfg. defect in their storm grate design, or an installation issue. Our recycling was not picked up today but our neighbors' was. 1917 E Arden Dr. There is a cardboard box full of cardboard and paperboard as well as a standard bin of plastics and metals.
