My neighbor's at 1423 W 11th St have been feeding (baiting) deer in their yard for the last couple of years. I was just told that this is illegal in the state of Indiana. It brings the deer all the way up near the road and brings them into other people's property as well. They have been a huge nuisance and a danger to my small dogs. It not only attracts deer, but skunks, raccoons, and ground hogs as well. Can you please tell them to stop feeding the deer? Thank you,

Cars blocking sidewalk every morning at 534 S Washington and its immediate neighbor to the south. Have to walk into street when walking son to school. Sick of it. Please ticket them.

At 1331 S Winfield Rd, the property owner is stacking trash and garbage in front of the house on the driveway. Additional trash has been added since this photo was taken.
