City light on east Saratoga drive is not working. My son and other children taken the school bus close by and now the street, that does not have even a sidewalk, is pitch black.

At least three residents south of campus (elm heights) have described a "scruffy male" (2 noted him on a bike) taking mail and/or UPS packages from their porch. Perhaps some afternoon patrolling would help. One evening attempted break-in also recently described. Thank you.
