W. 2nd st. heading east, & I think just after the landmark intersection, there is a pot hole that is on the white line and to the right of it. It's only a hazard to cyclists and pedestrians, it is not in the road. I, being a cyclist, have it full speed once before going down that portion of the hill. Knowing what to expect, I ride my bike along that portion of the road, a foot to the left of the line. Thank you Randy Craw 812-360-3600 PS. Just an observation: I noticed in the municipal rules for Bloomington bicycling, that Tricycles are still listed as toys and exempt from the regular rules , and in some cases prohibited from the regular rules of the bicyclists. I feel as though a clarification may be needed, as there are tricycles that are not toys in the familiar sense. My "bike" has 3 wheels and has the ability to keep pace with road traffic in some areas of town. The wheel size on my trike is 20", and by no means a kids play toy in the conventional sense as my top speed is about 50 MPH (yes, non-motorized) Thank you for you consideration into looking into the update of the language for tricycle definition. The retention pond beside our house is not draining very well. In the past 10 years soil has collected and changed the grade of the land. The culverts that pipe water in are 90% blocked.
