Again. Graffiti, over it. Make it stop.
These weeds are over 7ft tall in some spots. The line in front of the fence is managed by Ariel apartments and they haven't taken care of the weeds all summer
This entire wall, almost a city block is constantly tagged. It gets painted over and is just tagged again. This needs to be addressed by the city and property owner.

EB lane of 10th approximately 20 yards E of Walnut. Hole.
Again sand/gravel has piled up here. Needs regular sweeping
The footpath on the NW corner of College Ave & Old 37 has an extremely steep section approaching the curb cuts designating the College Ave. pedestrian crosswalk. It is quite unusable for power wheelchairs. Moreover, the lack of a side path along Old SR 37 means coming from Gourley Pike, I must approach the intersection with my chair in the motorway running against oncoming traffic. Of necessity, I must operate in the center of the lane keeping away from the soft shoulder. This is potentially quite hazardous for me given the 40+ mph cross- & turning-traffic and the concrete trucks that frequent this intersection.
The sidewalk South of Gourley Pike along N. Kinser Pike has a staircase that prevents the use of this route in my power wheelchair.
