Suggestion - give people the ability to "update" a report that is still open/pending. It's kind of silly to have to file another report if situation has changed and the report is still open.
I always include a photo with every report I submit yet image links in my reports list are not viewable.
Great app! Might consider having a graphic designer suggest a refreshed look and feel, but functionally it works quite well.

I think it would be useful if there was a section where residents could give positive feedback on things in town. I realize the point of this app is to help with things that the city may not be aware of, but giving good feedback can help as well.
Add a place to report illegal water usage during to ban
Add"Zoning Violation" as a report.
