On Wednesday, August 21st, I was at Ferguson dog park. A dog brushed against me and I reached to pet the dog and it bit me on my RT hand. The gentlemen the dog belonged to said nothing and did nothing and promptly left. I did not get any information from him. I was seen at the Bton ER where I got 8 stiches for 2 different bites, rabies prevention (due to not knowing the dog's vaccine status), Dtap and oral antibiotic. None of the other dog owners that were there helped to get this gentlemen's into. I want people to be aware. FYI, he was an elderly man, I would guess 70s and walked with a cane. His dog was medium built, mutt and medium size and black. Someone at the park told me, after the gentleman had left, that he had said, "I try to warn people," and mentioned that they had seen him there before. If anyone has any info please let me know. The uReport system is hanging up at the submission phase. I'm trying to report a sidewalk problem with a photo attached, but it has hung up at the submission phase multiple times on different days that I've tried.

I live at 3230 S Abby Lane. One one side of my house is a water drain from the culdesac. It has had so much sand and debris is no longer drains down the hill as it should. It overflows and washes out my stairs I have to the trail. I have cleaned it numerous times but I get poison ivy and seen several snakes. Neither are my cup of tea. I think it should be dug out better and a solution found for it to flow down the hill and not over my steps. On the other side of my house there are several trees down on the city property. Trees were removed and just pushed over. Due to the fact I am at the bottom of the hill all of the leaves and sticks run down and clog at the bottom. The water backs up and is washing out my yard. I have more and more holes in my yard where it is washing from underneath and there are more logs exposed that much have been buried under my yard that I now have to mow around. The water and mud flow over the trail and it leaves a terrible mess. I go shovel it off and try to keep the trail clean. Several people have asked if I work for the city because I am always down there trying to clean it up. I am getting old and tired. I would love for the city to push all of the mess to another area so the water will actually drain to the drain hole in the field across the trail as it was meant to do. There has to be a better solution. I am upset I would so hard on my house and both sides are getting washed away.

About ticket #192627. You closed it with the comment that the contractor has filled the hole. The contractor has half-filled it with gravel that is quickly being scattered as folks park with a wheel in the hole. The hole is growing, and is a hazard. It hasn't been filled. Thank you,

Near the north west corner of my property (801 S. Anita St) there is an uncovered opening to fibre optic conduit. I reported this to a non-city contact for the company (project manager Richard __Heart(?) phone number is 517-302-1270)a Few weeks ago but no action has been taken. Same gentleman to whom I reported some lawn damage caused by their horizontal boring machine, much earlier. Also no action.

What is going on with the sewerage treatment plant? The odor is terrible and getting worse. I don't want to vomit but it is close. It is bad today. Something is not working properly.

Street light in the block of 510 E Moss Creek Drive has been out for a long time. Very dangerously dark on this street .. Please turn back on or replace bulb. Thank you!
