The issue is with this website/reporting system itself, not the courthouse. There needs to be a nonverbal method of reporting certain things - not the least of which being noise complaints. I lost my voice to cancer years ago, but I did not lose my hearing. I have a particularly loud set of neighbors, and I have been unable to do anything about them because I cannot call to make a complaint. I have seen other noise complaints on this website, and while their circumstances may not be the same as mine, it's clear there is a need for a nonverbal reporting method for noise complaints (as well as other similar non-emergent type issues). There is a coyote in our neighborhood. I have reported this before, but had no evidence. Here is a video our neighbor took - the coyote walking down Covey Lane and up into our yard! PLEASE HELP US get rid of this animal. I am afraid for all our pets.

The residents of 2726 S Pinehurst Drive is not leashing their 3 dogs pets per City ordinance. The dogs and their cats are allowed to wander all over the neighborhood, and the streets unleashed and uncontrolled. They are urinating and defecating in the neighbors yards. There have been many times that the dogs have ran into the roads, impeding traffic and or causing issues with other people who are attempting to ride their bikes, run, or escort their young children in wagons, across the street from them.
